6.4 Annual service
Annually contact the local Technical Support
for service and check up of the following
components:
• Door gaskets integrity;
• Heat exchanger cleaning
• Pellet tank cleaning;
• Internal cavities cleaning;
• Internal smoke duct cleaning;
• Air pipeline cleaning;
• Smoke fan cavity cleaning;
• Motherboard cleaning;
• General check up of the components;
• Ignition resistance;
• Integrity of burn pot;
• Motor gear;
• Bushings.
At the end of the maintenance the techni-
tian must fill the maintenance report, which
is required to maintain the guarantee.
Lack of annual maintenance voids
the factory warranty. The annual
maintenance is paid by the custo-
mer.
7. Notifications and alarms
Any alarm shuts the stove down immedia-
tely. To reset an alarm, solve the cause of
the problem, then push and hold for 3 se-
conds the button SET.
7.1 Service
When on the display appears “Service”,
clean carefully the stove and the pellet tank
(see chap. Maintenance). It is not an alarm
and does not affect the operation of the
stove. Press ESC button for 3 seconds to
reset the notification.
7.2 Over temperature
Alarm “Er01” is displayed when the tempe-
rature in the pellet tank exceeds the safety
limits. The safety thermostat activates and
the operation of the heater stops for safety
reason.
• Let the stove cool and check the pellet
tank;
• Check if the space where the stove is in-
stalled is correctly ventilated.
• The thermal security thermostat can be
found below the power cable, fig. 14. Un-
screw the black cap that covers a white
button, press the button until hearing a
click. At this point the thermostat is re-
set.
