Route cables from weigh bars into opening at
bottom of enclosure and connect to the scale
indicator (902034) ports. Connect power cord
(9002746) to indicator, and fasten indicator into
enclosure using two 1/4x3/4 bolts (9390-003)
and lock nuts (9928).
ATTACHING WEIGH BARS TO BOX
Remove two hold down brackets from one side
of the box. Assemble weigh bar (901173) into
scale bracket (24809TS) using two 3/8x3 bolts
(9390-065) and lock nuts (9928). The weigh
bars must be assembled so the ‘TOP’ indicator
on the weigh bar is located to the top of the
bracket. Using a forklift with minimum 5000 lb.
lift capacity, carefully lift one side of box ap-
proximately 1”. Slide weigh bar into bushing on
inside of box. Fasten bracket down to undercar-
riage using the four 5/8x1 3/4 bolts (9390-123)
and lock nuts (9801). Repeat this process for
all four corners of the box.
Route weigh bar cables along inside edge of
box and fasten using the cable ties (91217). Be
certain cables will not get pinched or worn.
Assemble scale enclosure (25063TS) to front
of box using two 1/2x1 bolts (9390-101) and
lock nuts (9800).
Connect power cable to power source either at
the master key switch for the hydraulic power
unit, or to the wires provided in the undercar-
riage wiring harness.
Connect cables
Use two of the three pigtails provided to connect
the scale. One pigtail is used for connecting the
scales and the second is use to connect the
electric conveyor On/Off power. The remaining
pigtail is extra to connect another power source.
The exposed connector is the negative source.
Once connected if unit doesn’t turn on, reverse
wire at connection.
