TROUBLESHOOTING
◆
Disconnect the compressor from its power source before performing any troubleshooting
procedures.
◆
The compressor pump is hot after operating. Wait for the unit to cool down before
working on the inside of the compressor.

1) No power coming from the
source.
Check wiring and ensure that the
power supply connecter is
connected properly.
2) Circuit protectors (CP1, CP2) are
OFF.
Set circuit protector to ON.
(See Fig.1-3)
3) Phase reverse relay (PRR) is
active. (STOP lamp lights off)
Interchange 2 phases of primary
power. (Refer to Section 4.1)
Ⅱ
Compressor
stops during
continuous
operation.
1) Thermal protective switch (TS3)
is ON.
Check the cooling water condition
(temperature, flow rate). (See
Fig.3-2).
2) Circuit protectors (CP1, CP2) or
thermal relay (OL) are active.
Check the power supply voltage.
Contact our Service Engineering
Division or the nearest CS center.
(The cooling water temperature
and the room temperature will be
needed.)
3) Thermal protective switches (TS1
and TS2) are ON.
Contact our Service Engineering
Division or the nearest CS center.
