Connect your speaker to the computer using the USB cable that came with your speaker.
NOTE:
It’s important that you use the included cable as it supports data transfers. If you
need a replacement cable please contact Customer Care.

Your speaker should automatically turn on after being connected to your computer. If it
doesn’t, turn it on now. If the utility doesn’t recognize your speaker, click
Refresh Data
in the upper left corner of the tool.

Under
Reset To Factory Defaults
, click
Create Diagnostic File
.

Review the information and then click
OK
to continue.

The diagnostic file will be created and automatically saved to your computer’s desktop.
IMPORTANT:
If the utility doesn’t recognize a Serial Number for your speaker, add
something to the name of the diagnostic file to associate it to you, such as a case number
if you have one, or your first and last name.
