the product and at dangerous heights.
Periodic maintenance
It is necessary to periodically clean the anti-theft device and accessories from any
accumulation of dust and dirt that may have formed on their external surfaces. A damp,
non-abrasive cloth free of alcohol or aggressive solvents can be used. Do not use abrasive
sponges, chemical solvents or detergents. When cleaning, do not allow water to touch internal
electrical parts of the anti-theft system.
Updates
Always keep the Ufo connected to the Internet connection to allow the device’s management
firmware to be updated to avoid unpleasant bugs and malfunctions.
Extraordinary maintenance
Extraordinary maintenance is required in the event of faults or breakdowns, unforeseeable
accidents or inappropriate use of the device.
The situations that may arise from time to time are totally unpredictable and therefore it is not
possible to describe appropriate intervention procedures.
If necessary, consult the manufacturer’s technical service department for instructions
appropriate to the situation.
All work, whether mechanical, electrical or electronic, ordinary or extraordinary, must in any
case be carried out by specialised personnel authorised by our service department.
