TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The fogger does not fire if I send the command or if it detects movement when armed.
• If the command was sent from the remote control, check that the remote control has a
charged battery.
• If the command was sent from the app, check that the fog generator is connected to the
Cloud and therefore to the app (white UFO LED, from the app the UFO reads ‘connected’).
• Check that the boiler is at temperature (UFO LED steady, not flashing)
• Check that the bag is inserted correctly.
• In the event that the command was sent by a sensor, check that this sensor has a
charged battery (see “changing the battery” in the “sensors” section). If it is a Pir sensor, check
that the sensitivity is set correctly.
• If the problem persists, contact technical support.
2. The fog machine fired while I was in the shop.
- Contact technical support.
- Note: Never keep the remote control in places where buttons can be accidentally pressed
(e.g. pocket, pouch, bag...)
3. I have lost my account password for the app.
Call technical support to have your password reset.
4. I forgot the PIN for a fogger on the app.
- Delete the fogger from the app;
- Reconfigure the fogger as a new device, entering the correct serial number.
- The pin will be reset to the default: 000001.
- Change the pin under Settings > ‘Change access code’.
