5.1 Use
Position the machine with roller (D) in the joint.
Locate guide roller (E) in the joint also.
The speed of the grooving blade can be varied with wheel (G)
Start motor by flipping switch (F).
Push down slowly to the required grooving depth.
Push the machine forward slowly.
The speed at which the groove can be done will vary
according to the material being cut as well as the depth.
5.3 Support Roller
The support roller is adjustable while milling knob floors (G).
Please, adjust the support roller (H) that way, the roller is driven
between the knob rows.
6.0 Changing the blade
6.1 Removing the blade
Remove the upper thumb screw (H) of the blade cover.
Loosen the thumb screw (I) at the bottom of the blade cover.
Remove blade cover upwards.and press spindle lock.
Loosen tension screw (K) with the fork wrench supplied.
It is a left-handed thread!
Remove flange.
and
blade and clean flange prior to re-fitting a
new blade.
6.2. Fitting a new groove blade
Fit only a genuine replacement blade:
Item No. 013459 Original grooving blade 3,8 mm elliptical
Item No. 013461 Grooving blade Combi 5 mm
Item No. 013460 Diamand grooving blade 3,8 mm elliptical
Item No. 013462 Diamand grooving blade 3,8 mm
with diamond splits, half-round
The fitting of the new blade has to be done the other way.
Insert new blade with attention to moving direction.
Put back on the flange and Re-tighten tension screw.

Clean rollers
Make sure that the machine locks into its upper rest when
you release the handle. Other-wise you might cause an
accident and eventually damage the blade. Always use a
new, sharp blade. Blunt blades will give unsatisfactory
results and will put stress on the machine.
Under no circumstances should the machine be operated
without the cover in place.
Always disconnect the power supply before changing
the blade! Unintended starting of the machine may
cause injury.
