4. Connect an Ethernet cable from your network to the Ethernet

port labeled LAN on the Gigabit PoE Adapter.

5. Connect the Power Cord to the power port on the Gigabit PoE

Adapter. Connect the other end of the Power Cord to a power

source.

Note:

For added protection, we recommend installing

two surge surpressors, such as the Ubiquiti Ethernet

Surge Protector, model ETH-SP. Install the first surge

protector within one meter of the airFiber DATA port, and

install the second surge protector at the ingress point of

the location housing the wired network equipment.
