MAINTENANCE CONTINUED

CLEANING/REPLACING DRIVER BLADE 

DISMANTLING DRIVER BLADE

1.  Remove battery from stapler. 

2.  Remove magazine. 

3.  Set penetration depth to MIN. 

4.  Loosen six captive Torx cylinder screws (1) holding 

the rear body to the front section. (See Figure 25)

5.  Pull down the rear body (2) and remove it. 

6.  Remove driver blade (3).

7.  Clean and check driver blade for wear. Replace  

if necessary.

FITTING DRIVER BLADE

•  Fitting is performed in reverse order.

•  When installing driver blade, ensure the "visible 

while assembling" signage (4) points outward. 

(See Figure 25)

DISMANTLING CLINCHERS

1.  Remove battery from stapler.

2.  Remove magazine.

3.  Set penetration depth to MIN.

4.  Loosen six captive Torx cylinder screws (1) holding 

the rear body to the front section. (See Figure 26)

5.  Pull down the rear body (2) and remove it.

6.  Remove two Torx cylinder screws (3) and remove 

clinchers (4).

7.  Always change both clinchers at the same time.

8.  Clean and check clinchers for wear. Replace if 

necessary. (See Figure 26)

FITTING CLINCHERS

Fitting is performed in reverse order.
