The TysonBio SUPERB Test Strip has not been
inserted into the Meter properly.
Defective TysonBio SUPERB Test Strip.
Insufficient blood sample.
Test Strip remains in the test port for more than 4
minutes prior to testing.
LCD Screen on the Meter is blank when trying to
perform a test.
Review the instructions and re-insert the Test
Strip correctly (white side face up).
Replace with a new TysonBio SUPERB Test
Strip.
Repeat the test with new TysonBio SUPERB Test
Strip.
Meter will automatically turn-off. Re-insert the
Test Strip to the test port.
