To check the link between the Agent and the Management Console, ping each
other’s IP address (

ipconfig

and

ping

Run the

alertAPP.exe

file located on the Agent’s system and log in directly

without having to type anything, then check that the following configurations are
set correctly:

Check the option

Enable ASF

Select the correct adapter.
Enter the correct Management Console’s address.

The

Alerting Enabled Status

indicator should light.
