SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE
• Place the appliance on a dry, flat, and stable
surface. Make sure air can flow under the
appliance.
To grind meat
• We advise cutting the meat into pieces to
make it easier to insert into your appliance.
1. Line up the Attachment Head marks with
those on the Attachment Point and the
Motorised Base.
To unlock the locking system, press the
Attachment Head against the Attachment
Point and turn it anti-clockwise until you
hear a ‘click’, which means it is locked. The
Attachment Head should no longer move.
2. Insert the Screw into the Attachment Head.
3. Place the Slicing Blade on the Screw. The
rounded side of the Blade should be poin-
ting inwards.
4. Next, place the desired Crushing Plate on
the Slicing Blade.
5. Next, screw the Attachment Bolt. Do not
tighten it too much.
6. Next, place the Funnel Plate on the Attach-
ment Head. Turn the appliance on and insert
your meat that has been cut into pieces,
using the Plunger.
Once the operation is finished, turn off and
unplug the appliance.
To prepare sausages
7. Assemble the desired Sausage Nozzle and
the Sausage nozzle attachment.
8. Place this on the Crushing Plate and screw
in the Attachment Bolt.
9. To grind, use the Plunger with one hand
to insert the meat, and hold the Sausage
Nozzle with the other hand.
IF THE GRINDER JAMS
• If the motor blocks and stops, or keeps running
but nothing is coming out of the grinder, turn
off the appliance. It may be that some bones or
other solid materials are blocking the passage.
• Use the “REV” function. The motor will turn in
the opposite direction, which may help unblock
the elements preventing the meat from coming
out.
• Turn off the appliance, unplug it, and wash it
with water.
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE
• Make sure the appliance is turned off and
the motor is completely stopped. Unplug the
grinder. You can now disassemble it.
13. Unscrew the Attachment Bolt and remove
the Crushing Plate. To do so, you can use a
screwdriver gently. Then remove the Slicing
Blade and the Screw.
