Starting the device as the Modbus master

In this example the

Tag present

bit is queried. This requires the network interface to be set up,

the hardware configured and the I/O mapping defined.

Hardware used

This example uses the following hardware components:

TN-UHF-Q300-CDS-EU UHF read/write head (IP address 192.168.1.20)

TBEN-S2-2RFID-4DXP block module (IP address 192.168.1.100)

TN-Q80-H1147 HF read/write head

Software used

This example uses the following software:

Requirements

The package file for TN-UHF-Q300-CDS is installed.

A new standard project has been created.

Defining the device as master in CODESYS
