10. Connecting device - start up
10.1 Internal connecting board (PCB)
The internal connecting board is implemented inside of the air curtain unit. External control contacts like e.g.
DDC enable, door contact etc. will be connected at these internal connecting board.
N Neutral conductor for power supply (230 V~)
L Phase power supply (230 V~)
PE Protective conductor
PE Protective conductor selenoid valve
N Neutral conductor solenoid valve (230 V~)
MV Phase-switched solenoid valve (230 V~)

Other clambs internal interconnected or without function!
LED
The LED must blinking.
Otherwise there is a problem with the data line.
Functional switch over GLOBAL/LOCAL at multi unit operation
Jumper inserted = global = all air curtain units
BR1
switches off in case of motor faulty or frost alert
BR2 are in operation, if a automatic contact is connected
BR3 are in operation, if a room thermostat is connected
BR4 Internal
BR5 Internal (only ASP 5 and ECP-X)
BR6 Internal (only ASP 5 and ECP-X)
BR7 Internal (only ECP-X)
BR8 Internal (only ECP-X)
Jumper replaced = local = only the concerning air curtain unit
BR1 with motor faulty or frost alert switchs off, the other units keep in operation
BR2 react to the connected automatic contact
BR3
react to the connected room thermostat
BR4 Internal
BR5 Internal (only ASP 5 and ECP-X)
BR6 Internal (only ASP 5 and ECP-X)
BR7 Internal (only ECP-X)
BR8 Internal (only ECP-X)
Delivery status: BR1 - BR3(BR8) - inserted
If both BUS sockets are occupied, jumper „BR-CAN“ must be replaced!
