• Pool is not heating
• Check Ambient Temperature
• The colder it is outside, the less heat there is in the air, the
faster heat escapes from the pool and the lower the heat
pump performance.

Check Water Flow – Higher Flow = Better performance.
• Check that heat pump is on
• Heater is Leaking
• This might be condensation which is normal and can reach over
10gph when it is humid outside. Turn the heater off for a few
hours and see if zone dries out or test for salinity/chlorine.
•
Heater is Cycling On/off/on/off – Check water connections are not
inverted
