SCHEDULE ON-SITE TRAINING AND IQ/OQ
TruSteel requires you to schedule your on-site training and IQ/OQ (Installation
Qualification/Operating Qualification) no less than 4 weeks in advance.
Example, if today is April 1, 2020, the earliest date you can schedule is April 29, 2020.
(There can be a 1-2 leniency in order to schedule earlier in the week)
Please note that TruSteel will not schedule installations on Fridays, unless it is a local
installation. TruSteel does not perform training and/or IQ/OQ on weekends.

You must contact TruSteel Project Management first to see if the date you prefer is
available. Then use the form above to lock in your date.
Please be realistic with your installation date, understanding that you MUST have every
item on the
AV15 REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST completed well in advance of your
installation date (up to 2 months).
Keep in mind that it may take up to 3-4 weeks for some of the ancillary equipment to be
delivered from date of purchase. Booking 4 weeks out from the date of purchase may not
be realistic.
Installation Date
The TruSteel Installation Team normally consists of 2 people. They will do their best to
arrive within the expected hours discussed. An install typically takes 1-2 days. During the
installation, the TruSteel personnel will give you an idea of when the system will be ready for
your training.
TruSteel Installation Team will verify that the AutoVap system is properly running and will
present you with an Installation Sign Off form.
Rescheduling an Installation Date
In the event that you have to reschedule an installation date:
1) If no travel has been booked yet, TruSteel Project Management will find another
available date for your installation.
2) If travel has already been booked, you will be charged any fees TruSteel incurs from
these changes. TruSteel Project Management will find another available date for your
installation.
3) If TruSteel Installation Team arrives on site and feels the facility is not ready, and they
cannot perform the installation, you will be charged the complete cost of travel, labor, and
any other costs accrued throughout the visit.
