The AV15+ has (2) pumps that are powered by VFD's: The feed pump (located on the left)
and the Auto-Discharge Pump (located on the right).
How Auto-Discharge Works :
The feed pump, controlled by the remote control, continuously feeds material through the
system. As the solvent collects in the Solvent Vessel (about 3-4 gallons), the bottom float
switch will trigger. This will activate the Auto-Discharge Pump and discharge the solvent.
When the solvent is completely discharged, the Auto-Discharge Pump will deactivate.
There is a second, higher float switch in the Solvent Vessel that will automatically STOP the
feed pump if triggered. This ensures you will never overfill your Solvent Vessel in the event
the bottom float mechanism ever fails.
