HEATING SYSTEM FILL & STARTUP

How to fill/refill the heating system for the AutoVap15

It is very important to remove all the air in the heating system before operating the heater. Failure
to do so may damage the internal heating elements, cause inefficient evaporation as well as
having improper flow through the heating system. Below are steps to ensure you properly fill the
heating system:

When connecting the hoses, make sure to angle the hose barbs located on the AutoVap15, to
minimize flow restrictions throughout the system.

Prepare Equipment

****WARNING: Never try to fill the heating system if the water is hot or if the heater
is on

1.

Make sure the heater is powered OFF and has completely cooled down.

2.

Get a large barrel/bucket and place it near the heating system.

3.

Fill the large barrel with 10-12 gallons of distilled water.
