recharge the flash, depending on the battery power.

The flash cannot be used when the battery power is low. Replace the

Selecting a photograph as the welcome screen
You can select a photograph to be displayed as the welcome screen when the
camera is turned on.
1.
Take a photograph (see chapter 6).
2.
Press ‘OK’. Two icons will be displayed on the LCD screen.
3.
Press the control button to the left. A window will be displayed in which you
can save the photograph as the welcome screen.
4.
Press ‘OK’ to confirm the selection.

Delete a photograph after it has been taken
1.
Take a photograph (see chapter 6).
2.
Press 'OK'. Two icons will be displayed on the LCD screen.
3.
Press the control button downwards. A window will be displayed in which you
can select to delete the photograph.
4.
Press ‘OK’ to confirm the selection.

Menu settings when in the ‘Capture’ mode
The following settings can be altered in the menu when the camera is in the ‘Capture’
mode: image size, image quality, voice memo, exposure and white balance.
1.
Set the camera to the ‘Capture’ mode’ (
).
2.
Press the ‘Menu’ button (9, figure 2).
3.
Scroll through the functions by pressing the control button to the left and right.
Press the control button up or down to select an option. Press ‘OK’ to confirm
the selection.
Press the ‘Menu’ button to return to the previous level.
