The cables have not
been connected
correctly.
Connect the cables correctly:
yellow is for the image signal and
white is for the sound signal.
The camera is turned
off.
Turn the camera on.
The TV
connection does
not work.
The camera has been
connected to the
computer.
Disconnect the camera from the
computer.
The photographs
do not fit
correctly into the
photograph
frame. White bars
are always
visible.
Most photograph
frames are made for a
3:2 format used with
traditional
photographs. Digital
cameras use a 4:3
format.
Select a different photograph
frame or use the ‘Crop’ function in
Photo Express supplied with the
camera to alter the size to fit the
frame.
There is noise in
the photographs
or the
photographs are
too dark.
The photographs are
taken in dark
surroundings.
Make sure there is enough light.
The contrast in the
subject is too great.
Change the lighting or take the
photograph closer by or further
away.
The photographs
are overexposed.
The photographs were
taken in bright
sunlight.
Take photographs in shadow.
The problem is
