Safety instructions
When using electrical devices, the following basic
safety measures must be taken to provide protection
from electric shock, injury and the risk of fire. Please read and
note these instructions before using the device.
Set-up
Please ensure that the equipment is properly set up and can-
not fall over or fall down. Always route the cables so that they
cannot be tripped over. Do not leave electrical devices out in
the rain. Do not operate electrical devices in a damp or wet
environment. Do not operate electrical devices in the vicinity
of flammable liquids or gases.
Protection from electric shock
Do not use devices with damaged housings or cables. Please
ensure that the cables are properly routed. Do not pull on the
cables.
Solar modules generate electricity when sunlight falls on
them. The full voltage is present, even if little light is present.
The idle voltage can be twice as high. Do not touch live com-
ponents. Cover solar modules with a cardboard box, for ex-
ample, before carrying out assembly or installation work.
Usage
This device is not intended for persons (including children)
with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience / knowledge, unless they are supervised by a
person who is responsible for their safety or provided with in-
structions on how to use the device.
Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do
not use the device as a plaything.
Please do not use electrical device for any purpose other than
the one stipulated by the manufacturer. The ventilation slits in
the housing must be kept free and must not be covered with
luggage, towels or clothing etc.
Attention
Batteries can generate explosive gas during charging and op-
eration. Keep away from flames and ignition sources. Ensure
that the battery compartment is sufficiently ventilated.
Repairs
Do not make any repairs or modifications to the device.

Accessories
Please only use accessories and auxiliary devices that have
been supplied or recommended by the manufacturer.
