chapter Nine: Designing Your Own Workout
Custom
Intervals
Since interval training is a common type of workout, the
ES9.0 console has an extra-easy way to enter a custom interval
workout. After selecting Custom Intervals with the intervals
button
, pick the work segment and rest segment durations,
then pick the work and rest segment exercise levels.
When you use the workout, the segments repeat over and over
until you reach the end of your workout time. Or you can have
the program last for a certain number of work intervals.
