Resolução de problemas

Problema

Possível causa

Solução

Nada funciona quando o botão Liga/Desliga (2) é acionado

Não há energia

Verifique a fonte de alimentação elétrica

Interruptor Liga/Desliga danificado

Leve a máquina a um Centro de Serviço Autorizado da Triton, 
para troca do interruptor de energia

Lixa tubo (11) não gira junto com o cilindro de borracha (12)

Contraporca do eixo (6) não apertada o suficiente

Aperte a contraporca do eixo devagar até que o cilindro de 
borracha segure a lixa tubo

Grande quantidade de pó sendo produzido

Bocal de saída de pó está bloqueado

Desligue a máquina de sua alimentação Remova o cilindro 
de borracha o inserto de mesa (10) e a arruela de pressão 
(9). Remova o bloqueio da passagem do extrator de pó 

Utilização do inserto de mesa incorreto

Mude para o tamanho correto do inserto de mesa

Formação de ferrugem no tampo da mesa (4)

A umidade está causando a oxidação da tampo da mesa 

Utilizando um pano limpo e seco,  esfregue uma camada 
fina de lubrificante protetor sobre toda a superfície do 
tampo da mesa

Cilindros das lixas não operam em total velocidade ou o 
motor faz sons que diferem do normal

Motor Sobreaquecendo

Deligue e deixe esfriar de 1 a 2 horas. 

Motor com defeito

Entre em contato com um Centro de Serviço Autorizado
