The part number of the feature you require

The serial number of the Mentor RG which you wish to upgrade. Alternatively, if the serial

number is difficult to find, please supply the unit MAC address which may be read from the

Status >> Information menu

•

A valid e-mail address

After purchase, you will receive by e-mail a unique unlock code for each Mentor RG. For multiple

features on the same Mentor RG, a single consolidated code per Mentor RG will be provided.

12.3.1

Enabling additional Mentor RG features using the browser

Web browser management provides full control over all aspects of the Mentor RG. To enable a

feature, open the browser, log in and navigate to

Admin >> Feature Upgrade

. Enter the unique 12

character code and press “

Upgrade

”.

12.3.2

Enabling additional Mentor RG features via the front panel

Alternatively, enter the code directly on the front panel of the Mentor RG. This avoids the

requirement for any network connection or additional software. From the front panel menus,

navigate to

Setup >> More >> Upgrades >> Features

and enter the 12 character code using the

rotary control and <enter> key.
