Adjusting the temperature  
of the sealing bar

Hold the SEAL button (5) pressed for three seconds. 

The corresponding button will blink to indicate the 

current temperature of the sealing bar.

Press the SEAL button (5) 

within three seconds and 

select the required level.

IMPORTANT: The vacuum 
sealer is ready for operation 
when leaving the factory. NO 
SETTINGS ARE NEEDED when 
the bags supplied with the 
machine or other TRE SPADE 
bags are used.

Note

: Set the temperature according to the thickness and the features of the bag. Sealing setting 2 is recom-

mended for  95 micron thick bags (e.g. those supplied with the machine). The vacuum sealer is set to sealing 
level 2 by default.
After setting the temperature of the sealing bar, it is advisable to run a few sealing tests to check operation 
before packing the food.

IMPORTANT Repeated sealing operations carried out at excessively high temperature for the bags will 
damage the machine beyond repair. Do not use sealing setting 3 unless not strictly necessary and in 
any case only with bags thicker than 95 microns.

NESMIE REALIZOVAŤ, pokiaľ sa 

používajú balenia dodané 

spoločne do strojom či iné balenia 

TRE SPADE.

Stlačte tlačidlo SEAL (ZVÁRANIE) (5) na 3 sekundy; pokiaľ tlačidlo 

začne blikať, znamená to úroveň teploty tyče používanú 

v danom okamihu.

Úroveň zvárania 1

Na jej zmenu znovu stlačte 

tlačidlo SEAL (ZVÁRANIE) (5) 

v priebehu nasledovných 3 

sekúnd a vyberte požadovanú 

úroveň.

Poznámka: 

Teplota sa nastavuje v závislosti na hrúbke a charakteristikách balenia.

Pre balenia s hrúbkou väčšou ako 95 mikrónov (napríklad vo výbave zariadenia) odporúčame nastaviť 

zváranie na hodnotu 2. Baliaci stroj opúšťa továreň už nastavený na hodnotu 2.

Po zmene teploty zváracej tyče odporúčame realizovať niekoľko testovacích zvarov na overenie realizácie 

skôr, ako pristúpite k baleniu potravín.

POZOR! Opakované zvary realizované nadmernou teplotou pre použité balenia stroj nenapraviteľne 

poškodia. Nepoužívajte úroveň zvárania 3, pokiaľ to nie je absolútne nutné a vždy v závislosti na 

hrúbke balenia väčšej ako 95 mikrónov.
