Instructions for replacing the fuse
Prior to replacing the power switch fuse, make sure
the machine is disconnected from the mains.
With the machine off, remove the screws (1) and
motor protection (2). Then remove the screws (4)
from the power switch (3) as shown in Figure G.
When removing the protection (2) and the power
switch, remove the front of the wrench (1) that
is engaged and replace the fuse (2) as shown in
Figure H.
After completing the fuse replacement, mount
the disassembled items in the order reverse to the
previously indicated in order to power the unit.
When reassembling the disassembled parts, take
care that they are properly placed and that the bolts
correctly tightened.

Adjust or replace the drum pulleys
The rotary sieve has pulleys with high-technology
material that does not require lubrication and
clearance and spring adjustment system to
compensate for the variation in the diameter of the
drum. In order to adjust the position or replace the
pulleys, proceed as follows:
With the machine turned off and the drum stopped,
release the belt guard and you will have access to
the pulleys on the side of the drum material outlet.
While removing the protection, remove the nut
(1), plain washer (2) and lock washer (3) using an
appropriate wrench, afterwards, remove the bolt (4)
and the pulley (5) as shown in Figures I and J. The
same procedure should be performed on both sides
of the drum.
Evaluate the pulleys, should there be wearing,
cracking or failure, replace it, as well as the
compensating spring (6) as displayed in Figure I.
