System Event Log - Event Configuration
You can select the system log events and SMTP events. When selected events occur, the
system will send out the log information. Also, per port log and SMTP events can be
selected. After configure, Click
Apply
.
System event selection:
4 selections – Device cold start, Device warm start, SNMP
Authentication Failure, and X-ring topology change. Mark the checkbox to select the
event. When selected events occur, the system will issue the logs.
Device cold start:
when the device executes cold start action, the system will
issue a log event.
Authentication Failure:
when the SMTP authentication fails, the system will
issue a log event.
X-ring topology change:
when the X-ring topology has changed, the system
will issue a log event.
