power down, set address

rotaries to 991, and power up.

2. Replace controller.

Load Recovery Fail

Attempted load of the recovery image failed. Replace controller

Field Mount Fail

Failed to mount the field partition during a
firmware update attempt.

1. Thumb drive with .scfx file,

power down, set address

rotaries to 991, and power up.

2. Replace controller.

Bad Switch Setting

Rotary switches are set to a bad/unknown
value.

Contact technical support.

Bad Firmware File

Unable to mount the firmware update file.

Download firmware file again and
retry download.

Firmware Not Compatible

Firmware file downloaded is not compatible
with this hardware.

Download the correct FW file for the
controller.

Field Format Fail

Failed to reformat the field file system.

Replace controller.

Field Attach UBI Fail

Failed to attach (UBI) to the field file system. Replace controller.

Field Mount Fail

Failed to mount the field file system.

Replace controller.

Bad Update Method

Don’t know what our update method is.
