Digital outputs
(relays: micro-interruption 1C type):
- electrode power supply (cards CP1* and CP2*): 2 relays SPST, 250Vac 20A resistive (12A inductive cos = 0,4);
min. number of commutations: 100.000
-electrode power supply (cards CP3* and CP4*): 1 relay SPST, 250Vac 5A (2A); min. number of commutat.:
100.000
- cumulative alarm relay: 1 relay SPST, 250Vac 5A (2A)
Digital input
s:
- AB-AB (remote ON/OFF start consent): external potential-free contact:
ON= closed contact (Rmax of closed contact= 50, Imax through closed contact= 10mA);
OFF= open contact (Vmax across open contact= 32Vdc)
- VR-SET (humidistat): external potential-free contact for the production on/off control. Used as an alternative to
SET-GND connection (read below under “Analogue input”).
START OF PRODUCTION= closed contact (Rmax of closed contact= 50, Imax through closed contact= 10mA);
STOP OF PRODUCTION= open contact (Vmax across open contact= 10Vdc)
- Manual drainage: 2 external complementary potential-free contacts:
ON-GND: closed= control enabled (drainage OFF), Rmax of closed contact= 50, Imax through closed contact=
5mA
open= control disabled (drainage ON), Vmax across open contact= 5Vdc
DR-GND: closed= drainage ON (disabled control), Rmax of closed contact= 1, Imax through closed contact= 0.5A
open= drainage OFF (enabled control), Vmax across open contact= 24Vac
Analogue inpu
t:
- SET-GND (steam production request from ext. regulator; input impedance 15k): 0/10V (default), 2/10V, 0/1V.
Used as an alternative to VR-SET (read above under “Digital inputs”)
Protection inde
x: IP00
Maximum cable length (TAM inputs, level, conductivity):
shorter than 10m
NEW UE HUMIDIFIERS CP1 CARD HARDWARE CONFIGURATION
(EXTERNAL TAM)
CP1 card
used in single-phase OEM (JUPITER unit): 2 relays (2x250V AC) to break phase and neutral (no external
contactor needed).
CP1 card
used in three-phase OEM (MERCURY, MERCURY BIG units): 1 relay (1x250V AC) used to supply power
to electrode supply contactor's coil.
MEANING WHEN LED FLASHES
Steam production: YELLOW LED (transitory production “short flashes” - steady-state production “long flashes”).
JUPITER UNIT CP1 CONFIGURATION (SD/SU 0151 – 0251 – 0331………..)
JUPITER
unit (single-phase OEMs):
For all sizes, the Cp1 card must be configured for a nominal steam
flow of 3 kg/h
