• Your TRAMONTINA TORINO PRESSURE COOKER is NOT

dishwasher-safe.

• RECOMMENDED STOVETOPS:

CERAMIC GLASS

(Electric Heating Element)

COOKER WITH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR CERAMIC FINISH:

Products with ceramic finish will last longer if the instructions below are followed:

• If your stovetop has grates, center the item on the grates and

align the handle with one of the grates.

• Keep hot cookware and utensils out of the reach of children,

and if necessary, use a pot holder or other item to protect your hands.

• This product may not be modified.

Before and during every use:

• Wash the pressure cooker with a soft sponge and mild soap or dishwashing liquid.

Dry it with a dry cloth.

• Your pressure cooker is now ready for use, always on low or medium heat (never

over 260°C / 500°F).

• When handling the item while hot, be careful not to scratch the exterior finish.

• Prevent stains by not allowing fat or food to drip on the outer surface of the piece. If

this situation occurs, we recommend cleaning the area immediately with a damp cloth.

• Only use silicone, nylon or wood utensils to stir food in this item.

• With use over time, the handles may become loose due to normal expanding of

the materials. Tighten the handles just enough without using excess force.

Cleaning:

• Avoid soaking the cooker in cold water when it is hot.

• Never use abrasive products to wash your pressure cooker.

• If burnt food sticks to the cooker, soak in water until the food can be easily

removed with a sponge and mild soap.

• To discard products and packaging, follow existing recycling guidelines.
