 Read Channel Status 

This device specific command allows additional diagnostic data to be obtained from each 
channel in the system. This includes GM tube  states and communication statistics. The 
following tables describe the construction of the command. 

Note: Channels are numbered from the bottom up. Also, GM tubes within each channel 
are numbered from the bottom up.
