Adjusting the thread tension

Adjustment method for the upper thread tension.

If the tension does not change, even after the upper thread tension is adjusted, thread the upper thread and
lower thread again.
When using thread with a strong twist, selecting a lower upper thread tension (-3 to -2) may reduce skipped
stitches.

■

Upper thread is loose.

Reduce the upper thread tension.

Increase the upper thread tension.
