TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION
NOTE
• To check and/or change the device's settings, make sure that
the device is connected to the Smartphone App.
• If you encounter a problem you cannot solve, contact an
authorised service centre for assistance.

The device does not power
on.
• Check the Power LED (on or off).
Off
Press and hold the Power
button for 2 seconds to power on.
• Check the vehicle ignition (on or
off).
If Off
Turn on the vehicle
ignition.
• Remove the microSD card and try
again. Format the card or replace
with a new card.
• Reset the device by inserting a
small rod (such as a straightened
paperclip) into the Reset button.

device power on or press

• Check if Beep sounds are enabled
(ON) via Smartphone App.
If Off
Please turn it on.

Why is my GPS not
working?
• Move your car outdoors and wait
for about 10 minutes to fix the
position. You can have the better
GPS signal under clear sky.
• If the car’s windscreen is tinted
with a reflective coating, it may
be athermic and impact the GPS
reception. In this instance, please
mount the device where there is a
“clear area.”
