Sit the wire rack and grill plate on
the drip tray before inserting into
the base of the air fryer.
For best results preheat the flat
side of the reversible grill plate for 3
minutes before cooking the pizza.

To achieve griddle marks on both
sides of the food turn the food once

Chargrill lines are more
visible on lighter coloured food
items such as chicken and fish.
