Deletes the print job from the stack

and printed out at a later time.

Hold job

If a job is currently being printed, it is
immediately stopped; if a print job has
been placed in the queue, it is not
carried out.

Keep job after printing ...

When this job has been printed out, the
system creates a file in which the print
job is stored on the hard disk.
