4 Replacement Procedures

4.4 HDD

Removing a HDD

The following describes the procedure for removing a HDD (See Figure 4-4 to 4-6).

CAUTION:

Take care not to press on the top or bottom of a HDD. Pressure may cause

data loss or damage to the device.

Turn the computer upside down.

Turn the

screw (with e-ring)

securing an HDD-1 slot cover and remove an
