Compare the patterns in the hexadecimal error code to the tables below.

DC IN (AC Adapter, DS9, CDOC)

AC Adaptor output voltage is over 16.5 V.

Advanced Port Replicator output voltage is over 16.5 V.

Current from the DC power supply is over 7.0A.

13h

Current from the DC power supply is over 0.5A when there is no load.

Current sensing IC is not normal when there is no load.
