Gauge Cluster
Hourmeter
The hourmeter should move 1/10 of an hour for every six
(6) minutes that the ignition switch is in the RUN position.
Fuel Level Gauge
The fuel level gauge displays the approximate amount
of fuel remaining in the fuel tank. Additionally, a red LED
will illuminate when the fuel tank is low and the LED will
flash when the tank is near empty.
Oil Pressure Warning Light
The oil pressure LED should come on when the ignition
key switch is in the RUN position with the engine not run-
ning or if the engine oil pressure switch closes during en-
gine operation due to low oil pressure.
IMPORTANT: If the oil pressure warning light flick-
ers or remains on, stop the vehicle, turn off the en-
gine and check the engine oil level. If the oil level
was low, but adding oil does not cause the light to
go out when the engine is restarted, turn the engine
off immediately and contact your Toro distributor
for assistance.
Speedometer
The speedometer displays the vehicle ground speed.
Speed is shown in miles per hour (MPH) but can be con-
verted to kilometers per hour (KPH) by changing the sta-
tus of the wire harness MPH/KPH shunt.
Engine Coolant Temperature Gauge
The temperature gauge displays the engine coolant
temperature. If the coolant temperature exceeds 230F
(110C), the temperature gauge will display a blinking red
LED.
Tachometer
The tachometer displays the engine speed.
Check Engine Light
The check engine LED will illuminate if an engine fault
is detected by the engine electronic controller. For addi-

Charging Light
The charging light LED should come on when the igni-
tion key switch is in the ON position with the engine not
running or if the charging circuit is not operating properly
during the engine operation.
