Method

Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a
lightly greased cookie sheet.

Flatten with a fork and sprinkle with sugar
topping.

Bake at 400°F/205°C for 12-15 minutes or
until done.

Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
