BAKING
Position the Wire Rack in the top, middle or lower rack level.
NOTE: Never use double level cooking during the regular baking function.
•
Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired setting.
•
Set the On/Off Timer Knob to the ’On’ position or use the Timer.
NOTE: When using the timer, turn the On/Off Timer Knob
clockwise
to
the required time. If more than 60 minutes is required, use the ’On’
position by turning the On/Off Timer Knob
counterclockwise
to ’On’.
•
Set the Mode Knob to Bake ( ).
•
Convection Switch should be in the ’Off’ position
•
Preheat oven for 5 minutes
In this mode the fan will not operate so you may require a higher
temperature or longer cooking time than suggested in the Convection
Cooking Guide. Time and temperature for recipes or heating instructions
for prepackaged foods calling for regular baking will work in this mode.
IMPORTANT:
1. The Oven does not shut off automatically when using the ’On’ position
on the On/Off Timer Knob. Turn the On/Off Knob to ’Off’ when cooking
is completed.
2. Baked food should be watched carefully to avoid overcooking or burning.
BROILING
How to Broil
•
Slide the Wire Rack into any of the three levels depending on the
thickness of the food.
•
Set the Temperature Control Knob to 450°F/230°C
•
Turn the On/Off Timer Knob
counterclockwise
to the ’On’ position.

Set the Mode Knob to Broil ( )
