Turning the ”Room monitoring” function on the handset
on/off
MENU Press the „Menu“ key.
Choose ”Select 3” using the arrow key.
Select 3 Handset Tone Press the ”Select 3” key.
Choose ”Select 7” using the arrow key.
Select 7 Room Monitor Press the „Select 7 key.
Select ”On” or ”Off” using the arrow key.
Select further settings. Or
Press the R key to leave that menu level.
Turn the ”Room monitoring” function off again after use.
If the function remains turned on, the telephone only rings
once for an incoming call (or not at all if you have turned
the ringing tone off).

Emergency call mode
Emergency call identification code
If the emergency call is answered by an emergency server, the emergency
identification code, in the form of a numberal sequence of DTMF tones, can
provide the recipient with information about the caller.
MENU Press the „Menu“ key.
Choose ”Select 5” using the arrow key.
Select 5 Emergen Call Press the ”Select 5” key.
Enter PIN
Enter the 4-digit PIN.
OK Press the „OK“ key.
Choose ”Select 6” using the arrow key.
Select 6ID-Code Press the „Select 6 “ key.
e.g. 1234 Enter the code using the number keys.
OK Press the „OK“ key.
Select further settings. Or
Press the R key to leave that menu level.
