Menu: Call data
Your telephone system has convenient features for logging call data. The telephone
system stores up to 1,000 data records. This is a first in / first out system. Attempted
outgoing calls are not listed. Attempted incoming calls are listed. When signalling se-
veral subscribers only the first subscriber on the list is displayed.
•
The following call data of external calls is logged:
•
date and time of the call
•
call duration in hours, minutes, and seconds
•
call direction (coming / going)
•
phone numbers of the telephone system
•
phone number of the external subscriber
•
subscriber, who placed or received the call
•
charges (if transmitted by the exchange office)
•
cost centre
Note:
The call data can be exported in the form of a table in CSV format and
can be edited with a suitable programme.
The cost centre must be stated before dialling or during the call using the digit se-
quence
(digit number 00-12) (cost centre). During the call the cost centre can
only be entered via the ISDN telephone keypad.
With an ISDN telephone there is also the option to enter the cost centre via keypad
during the call. At the tiptel 83 system you can simply press the left cursor key and
select the keypad function. Then enter the code and press "Enter". The tiptel 83 sys-
tem provides you with a menu controlled operation and furthermore supports a list
with project codes / cost centres.
Example for a three digit cost centre with the target phone number 021024280:
Note:
This function can be used very comfortably with computer-integrated
telephony. Use of project codes / cost centres is supported by a huge
number of CTI applications.
