做法

1.   将干鱿鱼、干虾、干香菇分别用水泡软,沥干水后将干鱿鱼

和干香菇切成细丝。

2.   猪皮切成碎末。
3.   用平底锅加热色拉油后,翻炒 1 和 2,再加入炸洋葱和猪肉

末翻炒。

4.   向 3 中加入调味用佐料,放置冷却。
5.   用内锅洗糯米,加入酱油(3 汤匙),加水至“Sweet”的刻度

线 3,充分混合搅拌。

6.   将 4 的一半配料摆放在 5 上,用“Sweet”菜单煮饭。
7.   饭煮好后,放入剩余的配料,整体搅拌均匀后盛入碗里,并

撒上香菜末。

2.   猪肉切成 1cm 的块,事先调味。

胡萝卜、香菇、笋分别切成 1cm 的块。

3.   用平底锅加热猪油后煸炒 2,放置冷却。
4.   用内锅洗糯米,放入 1 的干香菇与干虾的浸泡汁和调味用佐

料,加中国清汤至“Sweet”的刻度线 3,充分混合搅拌。

5.   将 3 和干虾、松子、生姜铺在 4 上,选择“Sweet”菜单烹

煮。

6.   加入煮好的板栗,以切开整体的方式混合搅拌,然后盛入碗

里,并撒上切成小段的青葱。
