If cooking anything other than a broth-based dish,
be sure to spread a thin layer of vegetable oil over
the entire surface of the deep pan or plate (optional
accessory).
Before cooking
● Cleanly remove any water droplets or foreign
matter from the reverse side of the deep pan or
plate (optional accessory), heater, heat-sensing
rod, or heat insulating board. Failure to do so
could cause scorching or fires.
● Do not set the water-holding plate (optional
accessory) into the product when cooking with the
deep pan or takoyaki plate (optional accessory)
inserted. Doing so could damage the product.
