根据烹调料理,使用温度调节杆将
黄色棒对准相应刻度,待平底锅 

(另售)温热后,再开始烹调料理。

达到适温的目标时间为,约 20 分钟。(没有盖上盖的
状态下。)

有可能会出现烟雾、树脂等的味道,但会随着使用逐
渐减少。

黄色棒

从有孔波纹形平底锅的加
水孔加水,直至水没过接水
盘中央的凸部。(请注意会
有蒸汽冒出。)(→ P.50)

加水孔

 

平底锅(另售)背面、加热管、感热棒、遮热板上
有水滴或异物时,请清除干净。以免烧焦或引发火灾。

 

如果接水盘(另售)中未加水,可能引起异常发热,
引发变形・变色・故障・火灾。

 

加水时请不要超过接水盘(另售)的内侧段差。以
免因溢出到遮热板上,导致无法清除或无法正常烧
烤。

 

烹调过程中请不要更换或取下平底锅(另售)。以免
引发烫伤。

 

搬运时,请等待平底锅(另售)、加热管组冷却后再
进行。另外,请不要握持温度调节器。以免温度调
节器脱落导致本体保护框掉落。

请勿将上盖用于有孔波纹形平底锅。 
以免把手过热,引发烫伤。

关于烹调中的指示灯和声音

 

指示灯会随着温度调节器的运作会有闪烁。

 

「咔嚓咔嚓」的声音是加热管热膨胀发出的声音。 

并非故障。

将黄色棒对准「KEEP WARM」。只是,如长时间保温,
则烹调物会干燥、失去风味。
