GASTYPE(=)
Purpose
Read or set the gas type.
Syntax
“GASTYPE”

Arguments

: the gas type name as a string.
Example
Command : “GASTYPE=N2”
Reply:
“N2”
Sets the gas type to nitrogen.
Errors

LOCK(=)
Purpose
Read or set the status of the front panel user interface.
Syntax
“LOCK
”

Arguments
n
: the front panel locked status, 0 or 1
Remarks
The LOCK command is used to read or set the front panel lock
status. A value of zero unlocks the front panel. A value of 1 locks
the front panel.
Example
Command : “LOCK=1”
Reply:
“1”
Sets the front panel lock status to true. A password will be required
to access the instrument through the touch screen.

OPMODE(=)
Purpose
Read or set the operating mode.
Syntax
“OPMODE”
“OPMODE=

Arguments
n
: the operating mode, 0 - 3
Remarks
The OPMODE command reads or sets the operating mode of the
HALO.
A value of: 0 = SERVICE mode, 1 = TUNE mode, 2 = MEASURE
mode, 3 = SHUTDOWN mode
Example
Command : “MODE=1”
Reply:
“1”
Sets the operating mode to TUNE. The same as selecting the TUNE
mode via the touch screen.
