TOUCHSCREEN:
Code entry difficult
Control Panel selections not responding
1) Turn the Power Switch OFF, wait 30 seconds, then turn the
Power Switch back ON.
2) Replace the Screen Protector.
TUBE VENDING:
Column out of service is shown when “Vend Tube”
is selected
1) Turn the Power Switch OFF, wait 30 seconds, then turn the
Power Switch back ON.
2) Attempt the vend again.
Motor turns - no tube is dispensed (jammed tube)
Jams may be dislodged by following these steps:
1) Open the Tube Vend Module vault door slightly and then
close the door firmly.
2) With the door open, attempt to dislodge the jam from the
opening at the top or sides of the magazine.
Warning: Do not use excessive force, which may
make the jam worse.
Selections are missing when “Vend Tube” is
selected
1) The tube amount assigned to the column may be higher than
User’s vending limit.
The number of Tubes shown on the report does
not match the Dipstick reading
1)
Perform an “Adjust Tube Count”.
Log In > Cash Control > Adjust Tube Count > Add/
Subtract
