Normalized Melting Peak, Difference Plot , Normalized Melting Curve functional modules
and the group calling result will change accordingly.
II. Normalized Melting Curve : display the normalized melting curve according to the
normalization method and fluorescence normalization settings. For more details, please refer

III. Difference Plot : display the curve after subtracting the baseline group curve, or after
