Initial Temp .: the initial value of annealing temperature change range.

Target Temp. : the target value of annealing temperature change range.

Delta Temp. : the temperature change (°C) per cycle.

Start Cycle : the cycle number after which the temperature change is started.
Reminding : the initial and target temperature setting range is 35.0°C ~100.0°C.
Reminding : the delta temperature setting range is 0.1°C ~5.0°C.
Reminding : the star cycle range is 1~ max cycle number of the current stage.
Reminding : the other parameter settings are same with the standard step mode.
