Settings Window
When the 'Settings' button on the GUI panel is clicked, the 'Settings' panel is
displayed. This panel allows data such as PID parameter values to be entered or set.
The various parameters are described below.

LV Signal Routing
- when operating in closed loop mode, the position aligner position
control signals are always output on the external SMA connectors (LV OUT XDiff and
LV OUT YDiff). In addition, they can also be routed to the TCH002 hub, which
eliminates the need for external SMA to SMA cables when the position aligner is used
with revision 2 piezo cubes - see Section 5.2.5.
For use with revision 1 piezo cubes, select ‘
SMA Only
’;
For use with revision 2 piezo cubes, select ‘
SMA + Hub
’ to use the internal comms
lines or ‘
SMA Only
’ to use just the external SMA connectors - see Section 5.2.5.

Detector Head
- the unit can be configured for use with a number of sensor/detector
heads.
This parameter allows the user to set the type of detector head being used as follows:
PDQ80A
PDQ80A Quadrant Detector Head.
PDQ30C
PDQ30C Quadrant Detector Head
PDP90A
PDP90A Lateral Effect Detector Head
OTHER
Third Party Detector Head.
